Gymnastics Attire

Attire for Toddler Gym, Kinder Gym, Pre-K Gym, Recreational Level 1, 2, 3 and Boys Gymnastics classes:

For a Girl: Bring your child in a leotard, or shorts and fitted tank top. Girls can wear shorts over the leotard.
The hair must be secured and out of the face. We don't suggest beads on the hairstyle as sometimes they can cause pain and discomfort on the children when performing. 

For Boys:  Shorts and fitted tank top/T-shirt. Boys should NOT wear basketball short or loose pants to participate in gymnastics classes. Pockets in shorts and/or pants are also not suggested as increase the possibility of accidents and injuries when working on equipments and when coach is spotting.
Boys must have athletic and clean attire to participate in class.

Attire for Rhythmic Beginner and Rhythmic Little Star classes:

For Girls: Black leggings, black tank top, and white socks. The hair must be secured and out of the face. We don't suggest beads on the hairstyle as sometimes they can cause pain and discomfort on the children when performing. 

Attire for Aerobic Gymnastics practices (we are currently NOT offering Aerobic Gymnastics):

For a Girl: Bring your child in a leotard, or shorts and fitted tank top. Girls can wear shorts over the leotard.
The hair must be secured on a "bun hair style" and out of the face. We don't suggest beads on the hairstyle as sometimes they can cause pain and discomfort on the children when performing. 

For Boys:  Shorts and fitted tank top/T-shirt. Boys should NOT wear basketball short or loose pants to participate in gymnastics classes. Pockets in shorts and/or pants are also not suggested as increase the possibility of accidents and injuries when working on equipments and when coach is spotting.

Attire for Summer Camps and Special Events:

For a Girl: Bring your child in a leotard, or shorts and fitted tank top. Girls can wear shorts over the leotard. Please have a long sleeve shirt in case they get cold during low intensity activities and a change of clothes in case of need.
The hair must be secured on a "bun hair style" and out of the face. We don't suggest beads on the hairstyle as sometimes they can cause pain and discomfort on the children when performing. 

For Boys:  Shorts or pants and fitted tank top/T-shirt. Boys should NOT wear basketball short or loose pants to participate in gymnastics classes.
