Cancel account
If you wish to terminate your account (cancel your membership), you are required to complete a cancellation form and turn it back into the Gymnastics World's office/front desk a cancellation form 10 working days prior to your next billing date to avoid any further charges to your account. The 10 working days notice rule will not be waived in any case.
- Written notice 10 working days prior to next month’s tuition due date is required for all cancellations. Account must be up to date and paid in full in order to cancel (Account balance at $0.00).
- In case you decide to return (re-enroll) to Gymnastics World in the future, your registration fee of $80 will be due upon enrolling for classes.
- The classes your child is currently enrolled in may not be available should you decide to return.
Competitive Team members, once cancel their account they will be officially disconnected from our teams.
In case you decide to return (re-enroll) in our competitive teams, they will not be accepted in their "next level group" of Gymnastics World's competitive team.
In case you decided to return (re-enroll) in our competitive teams after a cancellation, the family's account will be charge team registration fee, USAG membership fees, reinstate administration fee, and all other costs related to re-enroll in GW competitive teams.
