Freeze account

Freeze account policy:
A membership can be frozen for no more than three months within a year unless approved by management. If you need to withdraw your child/children from our programs for a set period, you must fill out a freeze form 10 working days before your next billing date to avoid any future charge to your account. There is no fee for freezing. However, to hold your child's current class spot, the athlete will be future-enrolled on the specified returning date. Because you are freezing and keeping your child's current classes, your child is still a student of Gymnastics World and will not have to pay the registration fee when returning.
