Make up Classes
MAKEUPS DURING COVID-19 PANDEMIC:
Gymnastics World is tracking the makeup classes for all recreational classes since March 9th 2020. Gymnastics World coaches and staff will work diligently to make up all missed lessons by the end of 2020. We currently recommend all of our athletes the following:
- Use our online database loaded with drills and exercises that can be practiced at home
- Participate in our online virtual classes offered for all the programs we currently offer
Make-up classes are allowed for 1 missed class per month. No credit is allowed for missed classes. Make-up classes must be scheduled through Gymnastics World front desk a minimum of 24 hours in advance or through our parent portal. A makeup class will be expired and not be granted if a request is made 30 or more days after the absence. Makeup classes will not be scheduled during a freeze period or after the effective cancellation date.
Competitive team athletes are also allowed to receive makeup classes under the same rule mentioned above, however, Gymnastics World advises that find a makeup practice time for a competitive athlete may be impossible due to the extended hours already spending in the gym for regular practices. attend practices in other age groups or level practice time can be unsafe and not acceptable at all times.
