How do Gymnastics World Charge Tuition fees?

Monthly Tuition fees are drafted on the 1st of each month from the credit card the families enter in their billing tab through the parent portal.

Depending on the day of the child's enrollment we might schedule your tuition payment day for the 15th of the month, or if family requests to be drafted on the 15th of each month.

Gymnastics World, LLC reserves the right and agrees with each enrolled family to not issue refunds for missing classes, holiday periods, or any reason that makes the students unable to take class.

For missing class, we have several possibilities for make-up classes and w will be working diligently with families to make sure the family receives the services that they pay for.

The First Month Fees:

When the family first enroll their child(ren) in our programs, the charges presented in their account will be as follow:

Registration fee: $80/student (one-time fee) minus any trial fee already paid.

Tuition fee (first month): This charge will be the total monthly fee minus any missed class for the enrolled month (called Prorated Tuition Fee)
